§ 14-25. Establishments governed by public safety regulations.

  • This article governs any establishment which is duly licensed by the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission and therefore governed by the provisions of by IC Title 7.1; and which has an occupancy limit of two hundred (200) people or more and is opened for business past 1:00 a.m. on a regular business day in the Central Business District (CBD), with the boundaries of such district being on file in the Office of the City Clerk and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
