§ 17-49. Assessment of charges; purpose.

(a)

The sum of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per month shall be added to the water service charge of all water users.

(b)

All of said sums of money so collected shall be used solely for the repair and/or replacement of leaking water service lines.
